The hotel is situated conveniently near public transport. The tram stops just steps from the entrance. The subway is also a short walk away. My room was quiet, just AS I requested. Several bars and restaurants are located nearby, convenient.
I noticed there was NO conditioner or body cream available in the room.

The location was quite convenient. I appreciated the proximity to the Rathaus film festival (that was a pleasant surprise!).
There was no heating option in the room I stayed in. The room felt cool and I woke up feeling cold during the night.

My room included slippers and a robe. The sauna was available, which I enjoyed after my sightseeing. Breakfast offered many choices and was a great addition to the reservation. A tram stop sits directly across from the hotel, easing access to public transportation.
The in-room refrigerator was not very effective.

The location is awesome! It's near public transport. I was greeted so warmly by the reception and bar staff. The room I got was large and super super clean. I especially liked the high ceilings it had and the modern decor, it felt spacious!
There was just shampoo but no shower gel in the room. I asked several times for it. They never brought it.

The staff displayed real kindness and were very helpful. Anja and Luka were kind to me. I got a great room upgrade with an excellent city view. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

I had a few issues . The staff seemed uninterested in helping. I mentioned a problem with the shower, but they didn't offer a solution or room change! The TV wouldn't connect to the internet and they said it just worked that way, except screen mirroring does not work from an iPhone. Plus, the phone in the room didn't work, so I couldn't even call reception.
